But someone I love is in trouble. A lot of someones I love are in trouble. My human friend who saved my life, Louise Carlton, is in trouble. Big trouble.
Louise and another human who came to Pet Palace, the local no-kill SPCA that Louise owns, had a big falling out. I didn't hear about it, but Tank the Chihuahua said that he heard it all from his Pet Palace kennel.
That other person who Louise had a fallin' out with...dead. As in not breathing. Not good.
If she goes to jail, what does that mean for all my fur friends that I love? It means that they won't have a human Louise to care for them and love them. It also means that they will be taken to one of those shelters, you know the ones. The bad ones that only like to keep you up for adoption for a few years...then the end.
I did overhear my new human owner, Roxy Bloom, talking to Louise over a cup of coffee from The Bean Hive Coffeehouse. She told Louise that she's going to help find out who's framing Louise.
I sure hope so.

He has been with me through the passing of my Mother & has kept me company as I have recovered from 5 or more surgeries. He is also our Weather Lab alerting us to bad weather ahead of NOAA! We also have a HOODLUM dog named Darcie. She is 1/2 Golden Retriever & 1/2 Lab. She was 6 months old when our daughter heard about her rescue & adopted her. She is a goofy, piranha (eating -not chewing -everything in her path), precocious little somebody! We call her "The Rookie."

ReplyTons of furbabies over the years..Fluffy Butt the long haired cat adopted us, and must stll like the menu cus he's not left yet (Even though we removed a few of his things). Also have 4 ferret babies, 1st one is the alpha dog, Giz (White albino) who my daughter got from my sis...next is Bruce Wayne, my hubbys who was also someone else's. Then we got two girls, Naughty and Trouble but Trouble left us and Naughty is now hairless as she's got the andrenline disease. Then there's Waffle the ferret who is quite anti social (so scared he's literally pooped on them)..he's in his own cage, whilst the others are free roam

He loved ice cream, marshmallows, and leftovers; he got into trouble messing with Christmas packages; he would leave a little package somewhere in the house to show he was displeased about being left at home when we'd go to the drive in; he was my mother's BFF during the divorce; and he protected us kids from the local dog 'bullies.' He has always been missed...
